About Dr. Mark Burdorf
Dr. Mark Burdorf graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1987. He has diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and is a member in good standing with the ACA council of neurology since 1995. He is one of only Seven Board-Certified Chiropractic Neurologists in Arizona. Dr. Burdorf’s practice, established in 1991, has an emphasis in migraine, vertigo, soft tissue and pain related conditions.
Dr. Burdorf practices what he teaches.
“I want to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle with chiropractic care to the public. It is important to consider dietary changes and exercise to improve your health. I’m not that different from most of my patients. I played college football and have suffered neck and back injuries from two car accidents. I see chiropractors for wellness care and have to do the same exercises I recommend to my patients to maintain my health.” Dr. Burdorf.
During his time away from the office, Dr. Burdorf enjoys working out at Gainey Village health club and is an annual participant in the Pat Tillman race. He also travels a couple times a year to Mexico with the Arizona Flying Samaritans, a volunteer organization consisting of doctors, dentists and chiropractors who go to Lopez Mateo, Mexico to provide free health care to the residents.
