Our practice is Out-of-Network with all insurance companies, and Dr. Burdorf is a non-participating provider with Medicare.

Our practice offers for new patients (that qualify) a Six-Week Neuro Rehabilitation Plan for migraine, vertigo, movement disorders, soft-tissue and pain related conditions. This plan requires prepayment. We accept cash, check or credit card. We will bill your insurance and any reimbursement received will be reimbursed to you.

Our week long Intensive Laser Sessions require prepayment. We accept cash, check or credit card. We will bill your insurance and any reimbursement received will be reimbursed to you.

If you’re a new patient, your first appointment will be a complimentary 15 min consultation. There is no charge for an initial new patient consultation.
